We are looking for a Sales & Growth Partner to help us acquire clients for web development, software solutions, and digital services.
This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary.
You earn purely on performance.

Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients via calls, LinkedIn, or email
Pitch our services and qualify leads
Close deals or hand over hot leads to the core team
Maintain basic follow-ups with prospects
What we offer:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively building and maintaining relationships with clients and teams.
Experience in account management and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Proven abilities in sales and working with channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Strong negotiation and organizational abilities to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts efficiently.
Motivation to work in a results-oriented, commission-based environment with a focus on achieving business goals.
Knowledge or prior experience within digital engineering, technology, or software services is a plus.
