Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated
Sales & Growth Interns
who are interested in business development, sales, and client acquisition within the creative industry. This is a
commission-based internship
designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure, structured sales training, and a clear path to full-time employment.
This role is
performance-driven
and best suited for self-starters comfortable with outreach and networking.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify potential client leads
Conduct initial sales and discovery calls
Coordinate with the founder/team for deal closure (will assist you all along the way)
Represent the company at networking events, workshops, and conclaves in Bangalore (which will be booked by the agency)
Maintain and update daily lead records in shared tracking sheets (will be provided)
Follow up with prospects and support conversion efforts
Performance Expectations
Month 1:
1-2 successful deal closures
Month 2:
2-4 successful deal closures
Month 3:
4-6 successful deal closures
(Leads generated may range between 10-15 per month.)
A deal is considered closed once
advance payment is received
from the client.
Earnings & Incentives
8% commission on every closed deal
No cap on commission
Commission paid
pro-rata as client payments are received
Typical deal sizes: (on which you receive the 8% commission)
- Web Development: ₹50,000 +
- Branding Projects: ₹3-4 Lakhs
Training & Support
Online sales training sessions every two weeks
Weekly review calls, script walkthroughs, and performance feedback
Monthly access to workshops, summits, and industry networking events
Direct mentorship from founders
Career Progression
High-performing interns may be offered a
full-time Growth Associate role
upon successful completion of the internship, with:
Base salary (above market average)
