Job Description

The General Manager - Sales is responsible for overseeing all operations and sales activities . This includes managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales & Target Management

:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor individual and team sales performance, provide guidance and motivation to achieve targets. Plan and implement promotional campaigns and local marketing strategies. Ensure follow-up and closure of leads from various sources (walk-ins, digital, referrals, etc.).

Team Management

:

Lead and manage the showroom sales team (Sales Executives, Team Leaders, Receptionist). Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews. Maintain a motivated and professional sales culture.

Customer Experience

:

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution. Implement systems for customer follow-up, feedback collection, and loyalty programs.

Operations & Compliance

:

Ensure smooth daily operations of the showroom. Monitor test rides, bike deliveries, documentation, and post-sales support. Coordinate with RTO agents for timely registration and delivery. Maintain proper documentation for all sales, inventory, and compliance.

Inventory Coordination

:

Monitor stock levels . Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and branding as per guidelines. Track demo vehicles and manage their maintenance and usage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
