Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales of
Water Treatment Plant (WTP) spares
Sales of
revamp & retrofit solutions
for high-purity water systems
Extensive customer visits to understand requirements and generate enquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to develop
competitive techno-commercial proposals
Submit offers in consultation with HO team and follow up for order closure
Achieve sales targets as defined in the
Annual Business Plan
Manage proposals including inquiry evaluation
Track, analyze, and report sales & marketing activities periodically
Monitor market trends and share insights with internal stakeholders
Map customers, projects, and competitors in assigned territory
Conduct techno-commercial discussions for business development
Apply strong
process engineering knowledge
for solution selling
Mandatory Requirements
4-6 years of
direct industrial sales experience
in O&M / Services / Spares within the
water treatment industry
Strong network of
industrial customers
with a proven sales track record
Hands-on knowledge of
WTP / RO processes and components
Excellent communication skills in
English & local language
Willingness to
travel extensively
and focus on monthly targets
Strong convincing, troubleshooting, and solution-suggestion skills based on customer pain points
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹530,536.78 - ₹801,234.79 per year
