We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Force to promote and sell our Doorstep Library Memberships and Reading Programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving enrolment growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers for doorstep library memberships and reading programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to promote our offerings, execute campaigns and promotions. Participate in community events and educational fairs to increase brand awareness.
Customer Engagement
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership plans and reading programs.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Demonstrate the value of our programs to prospective clients effectively.
Sales Reporting:
Track and report sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor//'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, subscription, or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Knowledge of reading programs and educational services.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
