Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Key Account Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.
Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients and attract new business.
Channel Development and Branding:
Manage distribution channels to enhance product availability and brand presence.
Work with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and branding efforts.
B2C Sales:
Boost direct-to-consumer sales through digital and traditional channels.
Understand customer needs to improve sales approaches and customer satisfaction.
Finance and Compliance:
Maintain a basic understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with regional laws and regulations.
Contract Management:
Oversee and negotiate sales contracts with clients.
Manage contract renewals and ensure they meet business needs.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Present sales strategies and results to the leadership team.
