Role overview



We're seeking a proactive and well-spoken Sales Executive to build strong relationships with consultants, architects, project managers, and other industry professionals. Your role will be to promote our waterproofing systems, understand site-specific needs, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities



Visit consultants, architects, and construction professionals to introduce our waterproofing solutions. Understand project requirements and communicate benefits of our products and services. Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term professional relationships. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and technical clarity. Prepare visit reports and update CRM or internal tracking systems.

Requirements



Graduate or MBA in Marketing preferred. 1-3 years of experience preferably in construction or building materials. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly. Willingness to travel locally and regionally if needed. Self-motivated, organized, and client-focused. Comfortable working with monthly targets and motivated to achieve visit and lead generation goals through relationship-building and consistent outreach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
