Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-conscious Sales Girl/Boy to join our garments store team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting apparel, ensuring an excellent shopping experience, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and understand their clothing needs. Suggest suitable garments based on style, size, and occasion. Maintain knowledge of latest trends, fabrics, and store collections. Assist customers with trials and fitting room requirements. Handle billing, exchanges, and returns as per policy. Keep shelves, racks, and displays neat and well-stocked. Meet daily/weekly sales targets. Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; fashion retail experience preferred. Good communication and friendly personality. Passion for fashion and good sense of style. Basic computer/billing skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
