Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Take clear, high-quality photographs of products using a mobile phone or digital camera. Upload and manage product listings on online platforms like

Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon

. Monitor and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels. Carefully

pack and label

orders for timely and safe delivery. Assist in daily office and operational tasks as assigned. Interact politely and professionally with customers to understand their requirements. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills (Excel, internet browsing, uploading photos, etc.). Ability to manage e-commerce platforms (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon) - training can be provided. Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling products and listings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-friendly attitude and professional behavior. Basic photography skills are an advantage.
