Job Description

Age limit:20 to 29.

Customer service:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations and assistance.

Sales and promotions:

Inform customers about current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs. Assist in achieving sales targets by upselling and promoting products.

Point-of-sale (POS) operations:

Accurately process sales transactions, handle payments (cash, credit), and manage returns and exchanges.

Store maintenance:

Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and organized. This includes restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Inventory management:

Assist with stock control by monitoring inventory levels, receiving shipments, performing stock counts, and reporting low stock.

Product knowledge:

Stay informed about products and services to answer customer questions knowledgeably and confidently.

Administrative tasks:

Handle returns, complete paperwork, and sometimes prepare sales reports.

Team collaboration:

Work with other team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
