A Sales Girl, also known as a Sales Associate or Retail Salesperson, is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales in a retail environment. Here's an overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

2. Product Knowledge: Having knowledge of products, features, and benefits.

3. Sales: Meeting sales targets, promoting products, and making recommendations.

4. Store Maintenance: Maintaining store appearance, restocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented.

Skills and Qualities:

1. Communication Skills: Communication skill should be good.

2. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of products and their features.

3. Sales Skills: Basic sales skills, including product promotion and upselling.
