Required Sales girl for Vodafone telecommunication Store

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Proactively assess customer needs and recommend suitable Vodafone products and services (e.g., mobile plans, data packs, smartphones, accessories). Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and concise way. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Communication:
