Job Description

Greet and assist customers:

Welcome customers, answer their questions, and help them find products

Provide product knowledge:

Inform customers about product features, benefits, and how to use them.

Resolve complaints:

Address customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction

Build relationships:

Foster customer loyalty through positive interactions and by gathering feedback.

Maintain visual merchandising:

Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by arranging displays and folding clothes.

Ensure store cleanliness:

Tidy up the store and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Achieve sales goals:

Work to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Adhere to policies:

Follow all company guidelines, procedures, and security policies.

Collaborate with the team:

Work with other staff to ensure smooth store operations.
