Job Role Overview

We are looking for a

smart, confident, well-presented Sales Girl

who can handle B2C customers, assist during showroom visits, appear in basic video shoots/reels, and

make outbound calls to invite customers to our Diamond Kitty Club

.

This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, understands fashion/jewellery, and enjoys both showroom sales and customer engagement calls.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales & Customer Handling

Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach Understand their jewellery preferences and suggest suitable diamond pieces Explain design details, pricing, offers, and certification Help in trials, product showcase, and overall showroom experience Maintain display counters and follow showroom hygiene standards

Customer Calling & Kitty Club Enrollment

Make daily outbound calls to existing and new customers Explain

Dhanvi / Premio Kitty Club

benefits, rules, offers & joining process Convince customers to join the monthly kitty plan Maintain follow-up list and call logs Build relationships and maintain trust with premium clients

Camera/Content Responsibilities

Be comfortable appearing in: short videos try-on shoots reels client testimonial videos Assist the team in creating basic content when required

Desired Skills & Qualities

Smart, attractive, confident personality Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati optional) Strong persuasion & customer-handling ability Camera-friendly and presentable Good voice tone for calling Ability to understand customer psychology Basic social media awareness Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass Experience in sales, jewellery, retail, fashion, or calling is a plus
