Duties

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences Supervising and assisting with daily sales operations Conducting retail sales transactions and handling cash transactions Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently Stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor Utilizing phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide product information

Skills

Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction Proficiency in retail sales procedures and techniques Ability to stock and maintain inventory levels Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
