Sales Executives (Female)
to promote resort services, handle guest inquiries, and support room/package sales. The role involves direct interaction with guests, travel agents, and walk-in customers to ensure excellent service and increased bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide complete information about resort rooms, packages, and activities
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online booking requests
Promote resort facilities, offers, and seasonal packages
Coordinate with reception, reservations, and operations teams
Maintain guest records and follow up for confirmations and payments
Assist in achieving monthly and seasonal sales targets
Support marketing activities and local promotions if required
Ensure a professional and friendly brand image of Aarkay Resort
Requirements & Skills
Female candidates preferred
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any graduate
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, booking systems)
Sales or hospitality experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
Pleasant personality, customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
