Urgent Hiring - Sales Girl (Garments Store)

Position: Sales Girl

Location: Barasat / Madhyamgram

Brand: Beyond Desire - A growing lingerie & fashion brand

Eligibility:

Minimum HS Pass (Graduates preferred)

Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

Candidates with prior experience in lingerie / fashion garment sales will be given preference

Basic computer knowledge is a plus

Candidates from Barasat, Madhyamgram & adjacent areas are preferable

Special Opportunity for Experienced Candidates:

We are especially looking for experienced sales girls or those with a background in lingerie sales.

Such candidates will have the opportunity to work under the direct payroll of the leading brands.

Compensation will be offered as per industry standards with higher packages

While facilitated under the brand, candidates will be deployed at the store location

Salary:

?7,000 - ?8,000 per month (for freshers / general sales candidates)

Negotiable higher salary packages for experienced lingerie sales professionals under brand payroll

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting garments & lingerie products

Explain product features, fit, and promotions

Guide customers on product care & maintenance

Maintain store displays & manage inventory

Handle billing, exchanges & returns

Work closely with the store manager/owner to ensure smooth sales operations
