Key Responsibilities:

Visit households and communities to create awareness about the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Explain the benefits of rooftop solar panel installations under the scheme. Assist beneficiaries with documentation and application processes. Maintain a record of leads and conversions. Coordinate with the backend support team for follow-ups and installations. Attend training sessions and stay updated on scheme guidelines.

Requirements:

Female candidates only. Must be fluent in

Odia

(spoken) and preferably basic reading ability. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in field sales or community outreach is an advantage. Willingness to travel within local areas.
