. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective students, understand their educational needs, and guide them towards suitable academic programs. A passion for education, strong communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents.
Explain course offerings, schedules, fee structures, and institutional benefits.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to match students with suitable courses.
Proactively follow up with leads, walk-ins, and inquiries to drive conversions.
Achieve admission targets by nurturing leads through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Maintain accurate student data, communication history, and admission status using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of admitted students.
Support and participate in events like seminars, webinars, and orientation programs.
Provide basic academic guidance and motivation to students during the enrollment process.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, or Business)
Excellent communication skills in English and the local language (Tamil preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and persuasive approach
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and email tools
Willingness to work in a target-driven, high-energy environment
A passion for helping students and an eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
