Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Coordination
Drive sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Support digital & offline sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
Franchise Development & Support
Identify potential franchise partners and assist in onboarding.
Coordinate with existing franchisees to ensure smooth operations.
Provide training, guidance, and support to franchise partners.
Track franchise performance and prepare regular reports.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain strong communication with internal teams, franchisees, and clients.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales and franchise performance.
Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Franchise Management (preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel when required.
