About the Role

Cokonet is looking for an experienced

Salesforce Trainer

to deliver offline training sessions at our Trivandrum center. The role involves equipping learners with both foundational and advanced Salesforce skills through structured, hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom sessions on Salesforce Administration and Development. Design and maintain training materials, assignments, and use-case based projects. Mentor learners to apply Salesforce concepts in practical business scenarios. Assess learner performance through evaluations and feedback sessions. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features, updates, and best practices. Provide guidance to learners preparing for Salesforce certifications.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Trainer. Strong knowledge of: Salesforce Administration Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) CRM concepts and workflows Integration and customization Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in corporate/academic training preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, etc.) highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Sales Force ERP : 3 years (Required) Sales force Admin/Developer: 1 year (Required)
Language:

English (Required) Malayalam (Required)
Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
