Job Summary

As a Technology Architect specializing in Salesforce you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and customization of Salesforce applications. Your expertise in SFDC Identity and Security Salesforce Experience Cloud and other Salesforce technologies will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

A very good implementation knowledge of Lightning Flows Lightning Web Components is mandatory Must have Salesforce integration experience using middleware platforms Extensive work experience on SFDC integration solutions with Apex web services and callouts Expert knowledge across various SFDC implementations covering Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing and Community cloud Chatter & App-exchange applications Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and customization of Salesforce applications. Provide technical guidance and support in SFDC Identity and Security to enhance system security and user authentication. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Development and Customization techniques to meet specific business needs. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud to improve customer engagement and user experience. Ensure effective SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency. Manage SFDC Data to ensure accurate and reliable data management and reporting. Utilize SFDC Lightning to enhance user interface and improve user experience. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SFDC Integration techniques to ensure seamless data flow. Configure Salesforce applications using SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements. Collaborate with IT business support teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of SFDC Identity and Security to enhance system security. Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Development and Customization to meet business needs. Have experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud to improve customer engagement. Be proficient in SFDC Sharing and Visibility to maintain data integrity. Have knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices to improve deployment efficiency. Be skilled in SFDC Data management for accurate reporting. Have experience with SFDC Lightning to enhance user interface. Be knowledgeable in SFDC Integration for seamless data flow. Have experience in SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements. * Experience in IT business support is a plus.
