We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce LWC Developer with hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura Components*.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Perform Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, process builder, page layouts & reports.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services*, and Middleware tools.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards & security guidelines.
Conduct full lifecycle development including unit testing*, bug fixing, deployment & documentation.

Troubleshoot application performance and functionality issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience*

Strong expertise in LWC, Aura Components, Apex, SOQL, SOSL*

Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security model, and Declarative features*

Experience with API integrationsand Salesforce deployment tools (Copado/Ant/VS Code/SFDX)
Salesforce certification(s) is an added advantage
