PROFILE SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to serve as our in-house resource for Sales Force Automation (SFA). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our SFA systems, ensuring accurate sales data, streamlining workflows, and supporting key sales and billing processes. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and requires hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Bizom, or FieldAssist.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

? Implement and configure SFA tools tailored to company-specific sales workflows and processes.
? Train and onboard sales teams to effectively use the SFA software.
? Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the SFA system.
? Generate and manage multiple sales-related MIS reports for management.
? Monitor and ensure there is no billing or revenue leakage.
? Support the billing team in the invoicing process.
? Prepare reconciliations between billing vs. revenue, new sales vs. billing, etc.
? Analyze SFA data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
? Collaborate with internal sales teams for process optimization and coordination.

SKILLS REQUIRED

? Hands-on experience with SFA tools like Bizom or FieldAssist
? Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and ERP systems
? Strong data analysis, MIS reporting, and Excel skills
? Workflow design and process improvement capabilities

ELIGIBILITY

? Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
? 2-4 years of relevant experience in SFA implementation and sales operations
? Experience in working with CRM and ERP platforms, especially Salesforce

WORKING DAYS & TIME

? Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
? 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
