About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
US Sales Professional
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role involves working with US-based clients, understanding their requirements, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with US-based clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/products.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and client documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in US Sales / International Sales / BPO sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English).
Ability to work in US time zones (night shift).
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
