We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the Construction Chemicals division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities: Sales:1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction chemicals market.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
3. Product Promotion: Promote our range of construction chemicals products to customers and stakeholders.
4. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
6. Content Creation: Create engaging content, including product brochures, case studies, and social media posts.7. Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
8. Payment follow ups: Meeting with parties regarding the payment follow ups.
Requirements:1. Education: Any Graduate, B.E.Civil is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
3. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and marketing skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
