A Sales Follow-up Executive focuses on nurturing leads and ensuring sales pipelines progress smoothly after initial contact. They handle post-lead generation activities like timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or messages to address queries, overcome objections, and guide prospects toward closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and build relationships. Update CRM systems with interaction details, lead status, and next actions. Coordinate with sales teams to schedule demos, meetings, or proposals. Track lead progression, analyze conversion rates, and report on pipeline health. Resolve customer concerns promptly to prevent drop-offs.
