Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards on the production floor.
Manage and monitor worker attendance, discipline, and performance.
Coordinate with production and quality departments to meet daily targets.
Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
Handle any operational issues or breakdowns promptly.
Report daily progress and issues to the Unit/Production Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in food or sweets manufacturing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team efficiently and handle pressure.
Preference for candidates with relevant FMCG or sweets industry experience.
