Job Description

1. Sales Management



Increasing the sales of the company's products/services across the Howrah and Kolkata districts. Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the company. Analyzing the reasons for low sales, identifying issues, and taking necessary corrective actions. Developing new customers and retaining existing customers. Conducting market visits, customer meetings, and regular sales follow-ups.

2. Stock & Inventory Management



Monitoring stock levels and informing the company immediately when stock is low. Maintaining accurate stock records and submitting regular stock reports.

3. Collection & Deposit



Collecting payments from customers against sales. Depositing the collected amount into the company's designated bank account on the specified day.

4. Team Coordination & Reporting



Carrying out field operations as instructed by the management. Following all company rules, policies, and procedures. Providing necessary suggestions and feedback to improve the company's sales processes.

5. Additional Responsibilities



Updating daily visit reports in the company-provided app/software. Monitoring competitor activities in the assigned area and submitting reports. Assisting in company promotion and branding activities.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
