We are looking for a dynamic and energetic

Sales Field Executive

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to convert conversations into business. The ideal candidate is

active, talkative, smart, and highly convincing

, with a strong drive to achieve targets through on-ground field activities.

If you have prior experience in the

steel industry

, it will be a strong advantage. However, candidates from similar field-sales backgrounds with proven performance are welcome. Minimum graduation is preferred but

not mandatory

--your experience and attitude matter the most.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and acquire new business. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication. Identify potential clients, pitch products/services confidently, and close deals. Achieve monthly sales targets through active market exploration. Provide timely updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Maintain high professional ethics and represent the company responsibly. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support.

Required Skills & Qualities

1.5 years of field sales experience

(Steel industry experience is a major plus). Highly

talkative, confident, and convincing

in customer interactions. Ability to

travel/roam extensively

in assigned areas. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Energetic, smart, active, and target-focused. Good work ethics and professional behaviour. Minimum graduation preferred, but

experience outweighs qualification
