About the Company:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Soft Sales & Client Coordination Executive who will handle
in-office sales communication, lead follow-ups, and client coordination.
This role is focused on relationship-based soft selling, nurturing inquiries, and
ensuring professional follow-ups with clients and prospects such as hotels, cafes, ice
cream manufacturers, and caterers.
The role does not require field visits -- all sales activities are managed from the
office via phone, email, and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Soft Sales
Handle incoming leads, references, and inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social
media, and events.
Make the first connect with prospects -- introducing Unnwind's coffee products
confidently and courteously.
Conduct soft sales calls to build relationships, understand requirements, and
generate interest in Unnwind products.
Maintain structured and timely follow-ups after product samples, meetings, or
discussions.
Support the sales manager by scheduling calls or meetings with qualified leads.
Client Coordination & Communication
Professionally draft and send emails, quotations, and product details to potential
and existing clients.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring smooth information flow
and follow-up.
Coordinate internally with logistics, accounts, and marketing teams for sample
dispatches, materials, and updates.
Assist in preparing marketing mailers, festive greetings, or promotional
communications.
Database & Reporting
Maintain an updated database of leads, clients, and their follow-up status in Excel
or CRM.
Generate daily or weekly reports on lead progress, client communication, and
pending actions.
Provide timely updates to management on conversions, feedback, and new
opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Skills
Fluent Verbal and written communication in English (and Hindi).
Good telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking with senior professionals
(hotel owners, purchase heads, etc.).
High level of organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
Comfortable handling multiple leads simultaneously and maintaining timelines.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic digital skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Canva for simple creatives)
are an advantage.
Educational Qualification
Graduate and above.
1-3 years of experience in telesales, client servicing, or soft sales (preferably in
FMCG, F&B, or hospitality sectors).
Personal Attributes:
Pleasant, articulate, and well-presented personality.
Good listener with a polite yet persuasive communication style.
Self-motivated and consistent in follow-ups and reporting.
Team player with a positive and learning-oriented attitude.
Takes ownership of responsibilities and ensures every lead is nurtured to closure.
Compensation:
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Incentives or performance-based bonuses may be applicable after probation.
