Job Title: Sales - Export Executive

Qualification: Textile Graduate or equivalent

Job Objective:

To handle export sales coordination, ensuring smooth order execution from manufacturing to dispatch while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely delivery of export orders by monitoring the product flow from manufacturing to dispatch. Maintain and manage complete records of documents, transactions, and material dispatches. Keep updated reports for Sample Development and Order Sheets. Accurately update orders and product development requests in the system. Coordinate with Product Development and Production Teams for ongoing orders and developments. Support sales coordination activities to enhance customer satisfaction and timely execution.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong coordination and organizational skills. Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping. Knowledge of textiles and export processes. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
