Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through outbound calls, online demos, and virtual meetings. Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and guide them through the buying process. Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain detailed records of communication in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.

Proficiency in a third language

(other than Hindi and English) is

mandatory

. Preferred languages include but are not limited to: Bengali Tamil Telugu Kannada Marathi Malayalam Gujarati Punjabi Urdu Oriya (Please mention your third language proficiency in your application.) Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM platforms. Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Good internet connection and a functional laptop/desktop.
