Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales
Excellent client relationship management skills

Basic mobile photography & Instagram content understanding

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead in-store client handling and provide personalized jewellery consultations
Convert high-value leads and manage long-term client relationships
Handle client follow-ups for quotations, design updates, and custom orders
Collaborate with design and inventory teams to meet client requirements
Respond to online lead queries and drive in-store footfall
Maintain in store operations related to sales
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report to top management
