We are looking for an empathetic, consultative Inside Sales Specialist who can drive the complete customer journey - from the first conversation to enrolling clients into our programs.
Responsibilities
1. Engage and qualify inbound leads through calls and CRM-based follow-ups.
2. Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable solutions.
3. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and meet monthly conversion targets.
4. Collaborate closely with cross functing teams for seamless onboarding.
5. Build long-term client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Engagement.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to handle concerns, manage objections, and build trust.
4. Target-driven with comfort working in structured, process-oriented environments.
5. Self-driven, organized, and empathetic communicator.
