Job Summary:

National Skin Institute is hiring a self motivated and confident Male Course Counsellor / Sales Expert to handle follow-ups with prospective customers who have already shown interest in our courses. The role involves guiding, counselling, and motivating warm leads to complete the enrollment and payment process. Insurance, Justdial, Loan Recovery, Credit Card Sales, Telecaller background prefered.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers who have already visited our platform

Follow up with users who have initiated payment but did not complete the transaction

Provide clear information, counselling, and motivation to help customers complete enrollment

Maintain follow-up records and updates using Google Sheets

Coordinate with the internal team and report daily progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English & any local language

Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally

Personal laptop is mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with a minimum of 1 Year of relevant experience are preferred.

Prior experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage

Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented individuals

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (24/7 Availability on Phone)

Shift Timings:

11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary:

Salary will be offered as per skills, experience, and performance.
