Job Description

First 30 Days - Foundation & Understanding

The focus during the first month will be learning, alignment, and groundwork.

Deep-dive into the company's product offerings, value proposition, and target customer profiles. Shadow teams across

Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product

to understand end-to-end processes. Map city-level opportunities and build a high-level market overview. Establish working relationships with key internal stakeholders and major external accounts. Define personal KPIs and align expectations with management.

Outcome Expectation:


Clear understanding of the business, product, market, and internal workflows.

Days 31-60 - Execution & Optimization



The second phase focuses on execution with growing independence.

Begin independent ownership of targets and core responsibilities. Drive outreach efforts including meetings, demos, and negotiations. Identify bottlenecks in lead generation, onboarding, or client management and propose actionable improvements. Formalize a territory/segment-wise Go-To-Market (GTM) plan based on early learnings. Share weekly performance updates and refine strategies using data insights.

Outcome Expectation:


Active contribution to revenue, improved processes, and data-backed decision-making.

Days 61-90 - Scale & Leadership



This phase emphasizes ownership, predictability, and leadership.

Take complete ownership of the assigned region/vertical and consistently achieve monthly KPIs. Drive predictable revenue through structured outreach, follow-ups, and retention strategies. Build and maintain a stable pipeline with clear forecasting accuracy. Present a 6-month roadmap aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Full ownership, consistent performance, and strategic foresight.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)



Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets equivalent to 4x of the salary withdrawn. Maintain daily meeting counts with a minimum of 2 demos per day. Take end-to-end ownership from onboarding to go-live. Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients. Identify and execute retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities. Ensure seamless coordination between sales, onboarding, and support teams. Reduce turnaround time for onboarding and issue resolution. Improve outreach, tracking, and reporting processes. Deliver accurate forecasts, weekly performance reports, and actionable insights.
