Sales Expert
to join our team and drive high-value property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches in Gurugram/NCR.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-up and client servicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
0-3 years in real estate sales (luxury/primary/secondary market preferred).
Strong network of investors, brokers, and HNI clients in Gurugram/NCR.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
