Role Overview


We are looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to drive growth for Fynd Create by acquiring and scaling relationships with fashion brands. This role will own the full sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure--and work closely with design, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver value to brand partners.

What will you do at Fynd ?



Own end-to-end

B2B sales

for Fynd Create, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures Identify and onboard

fashion brands, D2C labels, and global buyers

for design-led manufacturing solutions Clearly articulate Fynd Create's value proposition across

AI-led design, faster manufacturing, and cost efficiencies

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with predictable revenue outcomes Collaborate with internal teams (design, sourcing, production, ops) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery Drive repeat business, upsell opportunities, and long-term partnerships with brands Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report insights to leadership Represent Fynd Create at industry events, brand meetings, and partner discussions

Some Specific Requirements



2+ years of experience in

B2B sales

, preferably in fashion, apparel manufacturing, sourcing, or SaaS Strong understanding of

fashion supply chains, sourcing, or brand-led manufacturing

Proven ability to close complex, consultative deals with decision-makers Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 01 or scale-up environment Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution bias

Experience selling to

fashion brands, D2C labels, or retailers

Exposure to

AI, SaaS platforms, or tech-enabled services

Existing network in the fashion or apparel ecosystem
