Lead Generation & Prospecting
Make outbound calls to marketing leads, event managers, or procurement teams of companies participating in upcoming exhibitions.
Source leads from exhibition databases, industry directories, online platforms, and referrals.
Understand client requirements for stall design, size, and branding objectives.
Sales Pitch & Engagement
Present the benefits of choosing our custom stall fabrication services.
Explain service offerings - 3D design, fabrication, printing, installation, dismantling, etc.
Share portfolio samples, presentations, or brochures over email/WhatsApp.
Appointment Setting
Schedule meetings with decision-makers for detailed presentation & discussions.
Coordinate between the sales/design team and the client for requirement gathering.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent spoken communication (English preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of exhibitions/events industry preferred.
Good knowledge of Excel, email communication.
Ability to understand client requirements and tailor the pitch accordingly.
Qualifications:
Graduation preferred.
Prior tele calling or telesales experience (B2B experience is a plus).
Experience in exhibition, event, or advertising domain is an added advantage.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Daily/weekly number of calls made.
Number of qualified leads generated.
Appointments fixed with relevant decision-makers.
Conversion rate from inquiry to client.
Timely and accurate data entry.
Training and pitch materials will be provided.
Candidates with experience in event marketing, stall design, or interior B2B sales are preferred.
Opportunity for long-term engagement or transition to inside sales roles.
