About the Company:

Arch Recruiters is hiring on behalf of a leading digital marketing agency known for delivering high-impact SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing solutions. Our client is expanding and seeking a high-performing Sales Expert to join their team and drive new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales for digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.)

Identify and convert high-potential leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, and networking

Understand client pain points and present tailored digital solutions

Prepare proposals, conduct product demos, and close sales

Work closely with internal teams for smooth project onboarding

Maintain lead and opportunity pipeline using CRM tools

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

7-8 years of experience in IT Sales

Mandatory 2-3 years experience in a Digital Marketing Agency

Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and latest trends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to close high-ticket deals

Strong CRM knowledge and lead generation skills

Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented professional

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Business, IT, or Marketing

Experience with international clients is an added advantage

Strong client network in the IT or marketing space
