Key Responsibilities
1 :
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets effectively.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
3.Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.).
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
4.Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
5.Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
