Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads for property sales.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on current market trends, competitors, and project information.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years in real estate sales (residential).
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of local property markets and ongoing projects.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Other:
Must own a
two-wheeler
for client visits.
Smart, presentable, and target-driven personality.
