Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and selling financial solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hardcore sales, be target-oriented, and possess excellent reporting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



??Lead Generation & Client Prospecting



Identify and create a list of potential clients for financial services. ?Research and analyze market trends to find new business opportunities.

Client Engagement & Sales:



Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients. ? ?Present financial solutions effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs. ? ?Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business.

Reporting & Analysis:



? ?

Maintain and update weekly reports on client interactions, meetings, and sales progress. Analyze sales performance and strategize improvements to meet targets.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:



Stay updated on financial products and industry trends. ?Educate clients about product benefits and help them make informed financial decisions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of sales experience in banking (Retail Loans: LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Home Loan, Working Capital) ?Proven track record in hardcore sales and achieving targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage client relationships and close deals effectively. Proficiency in reporting and data analysis for tracking performance.
