Location: Hatil Store, Zirakpur

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Age Requirement: 22 to 35 years

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Hatil, a premium furniture showroom in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through our showroom, showcasing furniture pieces, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from inquiry to invoice.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Sales

o Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth

o Present and explain furniture products, features, and benefits

o Understand customer needs and recommend suitable options

o Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Administrative & Sales Support Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records Track and report monthly sales performance Maintain showroom cleanliness and product arrangement Coordinate with backend team for stock and delivery updates
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic proficiency in computers (MS Office, billing software) Strong command of spoken and written English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn product details and confidently present them Previous experience in retail or showroom sales is a plus
