Position Overview:

We are looking for a

motivated and dynamic Sales Executive

with hands-on experience in

transformer sales

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for sales, and the ability to tap into potential markets in

Chandigarh, Mohali, Dera Bassi, Ludhiana

, and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on selling transformer products to industrial clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively building rapport with new prospects.

Technical Consultation:

Provide expert guidance to customers regarding transformer specifications, features, and applications.Analyze industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to develop targeted sales strategies.Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing customers within the designated regions to promote products and close deals.Maintain accurate sales records, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and share actionable insights with the management team.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in

transformer sales

or a similar technical sales role. Strong understanding of

transformer systems, components, and applications

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

skills. Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented approach to achieving targets.
