Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Promote and sell tour packages (domestic & international), air tickets, hotel reservations, visa assistance, travel insurance, and other related services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and customized travel solutions based on client requirements.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline deals, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM/software.
