Customer Engagement:

Interacting with customers, understanding their preferences (style, budget, functionality), and guiding them towards suitable watches.

Product Knowledge:

Possessing in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, models, features, and materials, and effectively communicating this to customers.

Sales & Closing:

Utilizing consultative selling skills to recommend watches, address customer concerns, and ultimately close sales.

Relationship Building:

Establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Sales Targets:

Working towards achieving or exceeding individual and/or store sales targets.

Product Presentation:

Ensuring the watch displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and reflect the brand's image.

Staying Informed:

Keeping up-to-date with the latest watch trends, new product releases, and industry developments.
