Job Description

We are a well-established investment planning firm with over 15 years of industry presence, offering strategic financial solutions and wealth management services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive our business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales division effectively to achieve and exceed targets.
Take charge of group sales planning and execution which can include to identify, recruit, and train new sales staff as required.
Make strategic decisions related to sales operations and team management.
Foster teamwork and provide strong leadership to the sales team by working effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Coordinate with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the investment or financial services sector.
Strong interpersonal and group management skills with excellent decision-making ability and leadership qualities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
