Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through digital channels, referrals, and on-ground outreach initiatives.
Engage with company-provided leads to convert prospects into active business partners and associates.
Onboard new Authorized Persons (APs), Sub-Brokers, Business Associates, and Channel Partners to expand market reach and strengthen distribution networks.
Deliver comprehensive onboarding, setup, and operational support to partners, ensuring smooth and efficient business functioning.
Drive business growth by achieving predefined revenue and performance targets aligned with organizational objectives.
Present partnership opportunities, business models, and customized proposals effectively to prospective clients.
Develop and implement tailored business solutions based on client needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of client interactions, leads, and activities within the CRM system to ensure transparency and continuity.
